I own a stock 2002 VFR800 with 75,000 Miles, a 2004 ST1300 with 35,000 miles equipped with Two Brothers Exhaust, BAZAZ Dyno Tune, Penske Shock & Competition Works up front.. and I just added a 2014 Interceptor I'm getting acquainted with. My Hondas have been problem free and very satisfying to ride as a Sport Touring bike. The ST1300 is hands down the most comfortable motorcycle I've ever owned..."Sorry BMW".

Aftermarket suspension improves these bikes, and dyno tuning can really wake them up. I add HeliBar Risers to my motorcycles for increased comfort.

The VTEC feature on the VFR's is nice and look forward to the rumored 2019 RC with a 1000CC V4.
