Honda VF800 my first large bike

I have owned my 1999 Honda VFR 800 for nearly 6 years now. I found it for sale in a small bike shop in Melton Mowbray after about a year since passing my test. Looking for something reliable and steady for a first large bike. The bike only had 16000 miles on the clock and was like new. It has been a great bike. I have used it for commuting in all weathers all year round. I have used it for a trip around the Scottish west coast. I have used it for a trip to Cornwall and for just that sunny Sunday don't need an excuse ride out. It has been very reliable and has put a smile on my face many a time. I love it's rare colouring and it normally gets a glance when out and about. I have recently moved and it now has a garage to live in once again and I have joined a local bike club. It is such a good bike for its age and I can't see me ever wanting to change it. So much so I am looking at getting it completely re sprayed to just take the tired edge off the fairing which is the only true indication of its age.
